Blueface has found himself on the wrong side of the law again, this time after allegedly interfering with a police investigation in Los Angeles County.

The rapper was arrested Monday night in Santa Clarita on suspicion of delaying a law enforcement investigation, a representative for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office told TMZ.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responding to a call detained several people at the scene, including Blueface. The rapper allegedly refused to follow their commands, leading to his arrest.

Authorities ultimately determined that the incident stemmed from a bogus swatting call. Swatting involves making a false emergency report to dispatch police or other emergency responders to a specific location, potentially putting innocent people at risk.

Video of the encounter shows Blueface and several of his friends dressed in Halloween costumes resembling superheroes. The group reportedly told deputies from the outset that they were not carrying weapons.

Monday’s arrest marks the latest in a string of legal troubles for the rapper, whose real name is Johnathan Porter. In August, he was detained by police during a livestream, just months after his November 2025 release from prison.

Blueface previously served time in connection with a 2022 shooting outside a Las Vegas strip club. He was sentenced in that case and remains on probation, according to previous reports.

Despite his latest run-in with law enforcement, the rapper has also had some personal news worth celebrating. Earlier this month, Blueface proposed to his longtime on-and-off girlfriend, Chrisean Rock, marking another chapter in the couple’s turbulent relationship.

For now, though, Blueface has another legal headache to deal with as he navigates life outside prison. Whether Monday’s arrest leads to additional consequences remains to be seen.
