Lil Baby is back to remind the world that he’s far from finished.
As conversation began about whether the Atlanta rapper was starting to lose his grip on the rap game, Wham made it clear he wasn’t going anywhere. Warming up the streets with his Pharrell Williams-produced single, “Dead Fresh,” Baby kicked off the rollout with a colorful music video and a record that sparked mixed reactions from frans.
Last December, Baby dropped The Leaks, following a similar rollout strategy. Before releasing the project, he gave fans a taste of what was coming with the single “Mrs. Trendsetter.” Now, nearly a year later, he’s back with his first project of 2027, FRESH.
To celebrate the release, Baby teamed up with popular Atlanta wingspot American Deli for a special collaboration. The restaurant is giving away free “WHAM Wings” to the first 500 fans who pull up to his pop-up this Saturday, November 7.
With a relatively short feature list that includes Future, Young Thug, and Rylo Rodriguez, Wham appears ready to let his music do the talking. Rather than relying on a lengthy list of guest appearances, the Atlanta rapper is putting his own story front and center.
