Tyga is reportedly facing a lawsuit over allegedly backing out of multiple club appearances in Beijing.
Looks like T-Raww’s Beijing fans may not be hearing “Rack City” live anytime soon, as the West Coast rapper is dealing with some legal trouble. According to the lawsuit, Beijing Tongxing Wanxin Catering Management claims Tyga was booked to appear at Club Pac in 2023 but allegedly failed to show up, not once, but twice.
The company claims the first appearance was scheduled for August 2023, followed by another date in October of that year. According to the allegations, Tyga was expected to reschedule the appearance for a third time in 2024, but no new date was ever confirmed.
Now, the company claims it received a $10,000 refund but is still seeking the remaining $135,000 from the original $145,000 booking fee. The lawsuit reportedly also still seeks punitive damages, bringing the dispute back into the spotlight years after the alleged missed appearances.
This isn’t the first time Tyga has faced legal trouble over unpaid bills. In 2023, the rapper was reportedly sued for $1.3 million over alleged missed payments on a Lamborghini and Bentley.
As of now, Tyaa and his team have not publicly addressed the latest allegations. Whether the dispute leads to a settlement or further legal action remains to be seen.
